I owned a 98 WS6 for 2 yrs and it definitely had the SOTL exhaust. It was too quiet so I replaced it. It now is mounted on my 04 Silverado 5.3.

This or SOM are my dream car's, and if I had 15K I would buy Zeke's bird.
Not one with 103,000 miles for almost the same price.

Well, personally.. I wouldn't sell my car for $15K. Even if it was cherry, I wouldn't ask that much... I couldn't rip someone off like that. I would price it more around $12-13K if I was gonna sell my car.

what is wrong with your car cuz 12-13 is a steal or at least in cali it is
hell i have a freind who just paid 17 for his blue 02 ws6, and just meet a guy who paid 18 for a som ws6
so if your car was in desent condition i would sell it for at least 19-20

Hi,
Newb here in fact I just registered. I was directed here from the V6 F-Body forum.

I am interested in finding out what years F-bodies came with the U237D color.

This started out because I have a 98 V6 Firebird auto in that color, but always wanted a V8/T56. Now I finally get the wife to agree, but it has to be the same color!
Well, I then find out this is a rare color, what a bummer!

Hence the post, can you or anyone fill in the dates this color was available? Had my heart set on a 2000 up, ah well.

The only LS1 year Bright Purple Metallic was made was 1998, and it was discontinued midway through the model year.
