just went to gerry lane chevrolet n baton rouge n got a copy of the build sheet with options....MY CAR IS 1 OF 11....came with a white top from the factory....pretty rare.... 11/30960

I have been looking all over and cant find very specific numbers for mine
1996 TA, blue, T-tops, A4, chrome wheels(if that makes a difference)
I know the blue is a rare color, but any other info other than that?

Factory options How or where can i find info on what any 2001 trans am could be equipped with from factory. Just standard from ground up. Interior options stuff like that.

Look on your driver side door and you should see a ton of 3 letter/number codes (IE WS6, W88, LS1) and input them into that. IIRC a Trans Am only had traction control and the 6 disc CD changer as an option.

mine must be a fully loaded T/A since it has all of those options except cd changer and it wasnt a WS6 and it has the CD/EQ 10-spkr system, mine also has 2.73 gears
but from it looks like the chrome wheels and blue color would make it VERY rare, i would love to confirm this...

I realize that a lot of info has been posted on the 95's already but I was hoping someone might have a more in depth breakdown. I think I stumbled across a really rare one and would like to break it down a little more. The furthest I can get is that its is 1 of 333. Its a 1995 Firebird Forumla Dark Green, Beige Leather, CD player, M6, and Ttops.

Ok, I ran across what I believe to be something rare. Does anyone know how many 96 T/A Converts in Black with ebony leather and an M6 were made? I belive there were 917 convertibles but would like a better breakdown if possible. Cars got some miles and some dings but looks original for 4500.00.

Is it only me, or does anyone else find it particularly amusing when someone is selling a 'rare' NHRA Formula or Trans Am? I realize there were not that many made, but it was only a cosmetic badge package, chrome 16s (not 17s), and the A4 cars had the 3:23 gear instead of the 2:73. Do these few things really make these cars a lot more desirable??????????

I don't know, but Pace Cars from 30-40 years ago sure do bring the money and they are only normal cars with badges. It all depends on what you like and what you are willing to pay.
