it started raining like crazy here on sat. (never rains in tucson) and it was just about the time I was leaving my mother-in-laws house. got my daughter in the car and the wife hops in. start the car , turn the lights on. my driving lights go off and headlight come on, however they won;t go up. I have had a problem with the pass. side since I got the car. I checked both 15 amp fueses and teh 50 amp and there all fine. what gives? is it possible that both died at the same time? or is there something else I should check out?

Headlight switch? That's the only thing I can think of. :-\
