I would have gotten my headers without cats if I didnt need to have them for state inspections

The high flow cat's are not really that restrictive maybe about 2-5 WHP total. Jay what are your mods?

Yes the sound will be a bit different. In your case I assume you have stock cats on still, I would get a Magnaflow Xpipe that matches up to your mufflers, without cats. I'm guessing you'll get some 5-10hp over the stock pipes with cats.
