Stock G8's dyno 280rwhp here.So you expect a 300rwhp gain with 8lbs of boost?

this is stock boost, im pretty sure it is 6 or 7psi

I'm kind of shocked you don't know how much psi you are making.
When are you having the boost gauge installed?

With an EXPERT tune and enough fuel, you should be able to run 8-10psi and make 550-600rwhp.
You can ADD meth AFTER the tune for additional insurance, but it's not required.

i have to research a guage pod, and guages as well so whenever im done with that i'll install them.

as of now i have no plans to increase boost, the only other mod i will do is a custom cam to get rid of afm/dod hardware

Awesome car man. I hope to see you at Don's Shop sometime or at New England Dragway.

I have a ProCharged GTO and I am trying to get my Fiance` into drag racing as well... I have planted the seed and she's really liking the G8! I told her APS Turbo's, custom front mount or H/C/I and converter would be fun for her... low 12's- high 11's would be nice!

I would really like to get one of the APS kits for my G8 but APS is not going to poruce any more and the last ones imported have all been sold.

You might think APS pulling out is a good thing if you do your homework on Dave Inall and APS.

Give George at Turbo Technologies a call. Their TTi-X is the turbo of choice on the Corvettes.

yea me too, i missed the open house last week because, the wastgate was rubbing on my transmission line and i must have missed it when i installed it. The fitting finally broke friday afternoon, and ruined my holiday weekend. Unfortunatly they stopped making APS kits, so you would have to get her custom turbo setup, maggie, procharger, or H/C swap

i went to NED friday night for the street night, on my 18" all season and here are my times.
12.687 @ 118.3 first run ever
12.270 @ 118.3
12.503 @ 112.3
16.342 @ 87.8 last run with lots of wheel hop so i let off and i still almost beat a mustang lol

You don't need a turbo to run high 11's with a G8. All I have is a cam, headers, cai, converter, and a tune. In the fall I'm looking for 11.60s.
