They thought of bringing it over, but I think it would be a huge mistake on the General's part to do so at this point in time.

Not feelin it. The G8 is an awesome car, but to me that just looks like a modern day el camino.

No disrespect, just not my thing

I love these, and would love to someday import one.

I'm glad GM didn't bring them over though. They were not in the financial situation to introduce another niche vehicle.

i think its a great vehicle but i wouldn't buy something like that unless it has a traditional chassis under it.

Funny but in car mags here they recon the 2 doors is a better handler and faster around the track, i did have a 4 door and yes the 2 door handles that bit better.

I'd have to agree there. I like the dual hood scopes on the Pontiac bonnet but in pretty much every other way the Holden has the better styling. I'd love to have the Holden front end on my VE or GXP if you'd rather...

I love blue. My 05 GTO was Impulse Blue, while my 09 G8 GXP is Stryker Blue, but this looks hideous and photoshopped. This blue truck is indeed fugly and I am a fan of Holden cars. I was crazy about my GTO and I love my G8 GXP!

The black truck in the original post is much better looking.

Fugly Holden truck with Pontiac front end.

I think the Holden front end looks better than the G8 one on those. It's crazy all of the spare parts they have now that Pontiac is no more. They are making sedan, ute, and wagon versions with Pontiac panels. Everything but he arrowhead.

I like them both but this one sure would look good next to the Stryker blue GT.

Holden Front > Pontiac Front. When time and $$ allows I might try and do a conversion.
