On side note, I love my GT so far. Had it just over a year now with no issues other then douche bags hitting it in parking lots. The car flies for its size, looks good and responds to mods like any other lsx vehicle. Just make sure you tune it right away to get rid of all the torque management.
Thanks! More than likely I'll have all the motor mods (cam, headers, exhaust) done right away. We have a few shops in the area that are LSx savy.

Ed down at VA Speed has had some positive reviews. Also, Damian at FBody Central has done some work. ECS isn't far either.

Ahh gotcha, yeah I've heard good things about VA Speed and spoke with Ed as well.

I think Fran @ RPM is actually the closest to the area and does great work.

Wouldn't Maryland Speed be close to you guys? They have a lot of G8 stuff on their site although I don't think they have any head/cam packages.
