PAL in G8. I was cruising around on you tube and found this video:

Interestingly, it is titled '2009 G8 OEM iPod Integration Demo'. If you note the top right corner it will say 'XM1.' The GM PAL system just so happens to work off of the XM radio. Can anyone confirm that this G8 is running PAL?
If so I would like to order a PAL module ASAP.
They are pretty damn cheap...
If PAL isn't going to work with the G8 can also go the car computer route as long as it has the correct power supply or auto power on and off.

Also, just finished my AUX cables tonight. Super easy to do. Tyco Electronics has all the parts. Made my own custom length cables so it is a one shot deal straight to where I want to install a 'carputer.'
Does anyone know where a VIM mod can be hard for a better price than JHP?? At their current price that is pretty much what my car computer is gonna cost.
