hi, i have been thinking about a power adder for the g8.was going to supercharge but saw that vector now has the turbo kit ready.seems nice and would not have the expence of headers.they say it comes with cal and does not require you to have a stall converter,unless you have one and they can send cal for that.just looking for some opinions/input.thanks

 

It is a nice option. I believe they had 500rwhp with a cam and the turbo kit at 7 psi. I have considered this kit but will probably end up going with a Procharger.

 

i will have to check but i think it was 500 or so stock cam.like i said i will check,you may be right.

we have made 46ohp with factory cam/stock exhaust/stock g8.we have made 525 with non- factory cam.we are installing one right now but with slightly different turbo,we will see what this makes.

 

It puts down an easy 530 rwhp. Thats with a Mild stock converter cam and around 7lbs.

 

Whats the $ for this setup?
