Im thinking of bying a g8 and wondered if anybody knew any details on this one or maybe what to look for and is the price fair?

It has camaro ss wheels and brakes installed from what the pictures show.
I'd take it for a well rounded test drive.

It looks to be in good shape. Someone loved that car, the sub install looks half decent, I'd test drive it, highway speeds and back roads... take rough textures for special attention to check on the Ball Joints and Control Arms.... listen for knocking sounds. Have it on a lift and check for leaks, mods and scuffs where they shouldn't be.

good price for the miles.The only thing that I find odd is the brembo's all around with a stock CAI. it looks like it is in nice shape. Drive it and listen for front LCA noise (popping sound over bumps) Highway test between 60 -70 for driveshaft vibration.Other then that you are good to go

Sport, premium & sunroof package=fully loaded.
The fact that they put a sub in, may indicate that they upgraded the door speakers too. This remedies the weak stereo. Brembo brakes remedies weak (warp prone) stock rotors. And 20's are just plane cool.

However I picked up my '09 fully loaded GT w/breyton Gts wheels, full catback, rotofab intake, cortex tuner, w/45k for $21.5. Either I got a great deal or this high milage GT is pricey.

Nice car though, lots of positives.
