Bought it back damage was not enough to warrant a salvage title so it will have a free clear blue title i am just going to take my time and rebuild her

I love the G8's and look for every opportunity to drive my girls 08 GT. Unfortunately these cars will probably suffer from the same insurance company hate that GTO's do and total out for being breathed on the wrong way.

Thank you.

It is at AutoFX in Stamford, CT right now having the fenders rolled and hood aligned. Looks like the hood was never seated properly and shows a larger than usual gap against the fascia.

If don't want to take the time to fix it.... Maybe you could sell it to me and make you a little extra $$$. Just a thought. Let me know

I'm also curious what it cost you to buy it back. I need to find someone with a parts car. My cowl panel is cracked.

I bought it back for $4566.15. I have it all torn apart now and have started collecting parts to fix it. I am having the frame straightened the week after the 4 th of July and can start fitting parts back on after that.

Damn that sucks... I would probably cry if I wrecked my car. At least you didn't get hurt... I'm assuming.

Don't part the car out. Fix her up and get it back on the road where she belongs! Congrats on buying it back. They are great cars and deserve respect.

She is getting there. Waiting on my g8/gts bumper and tryinh to find an oem hood that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Then off to paint.
