I will buy this over the sedan, AND trade my GTO for it. This is going to be one of the most unique, head-turning muscle cars on the market.

I would love this freaking car. What are the dimensions of the bed in the back. Enough room to all ****, and freaking have a great time doing it. Can you imagine having people sit in the back of the bed....."Hey guys, wanna come and sit in my G8...go for a little ride" (Screeching tires....going side ways down the street...people shitting their pants. OH YEA!
This is truely an exciting time for GM and Pontiac. American Muscle FTMFW!

I can't believe they'd release the "ute" instead of the wagon...The wagon seems much more functional. I mean, how many regular cab pickup trucks are sold now - besides to utility companies, etc?

Functional....? you do know there making performance cars right? if you want functional go get a chevy pickup or dodge. or get a tribeca, or any of the volvo vagons or wrx wagon variants if you want more functionality over performance.
and almost all "performance" trucks are Poor for functionality uses. both the lightning and the srt10 has horribly towing capacities and certain years would void the warranties on the powertrain if you towed anything.
and if you truely wanted fuctionality in terms of a wagon sedan... Vans have more power, more room, better gas mileage. but thats just a fun fact there![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)
