04 GTO question
i am looking at buy a 04 gto but the guys saids that the body control module needs replaced and it goes bad alot
Has anyone heard about that or no anything

-Diamond Pistons
-AFR 225 Heads
-F.A.S.T. Intake manifold and Throttlebody

-Granetelli MAF
-Kooks Long Tube Headers 1 7/8" primaries with hi-flo cats
-Borla Cat-back exhaust with mufflers
-SLP pulley
-American Racing Torque Thrust II's 17" BF Goodrich KDW(??) Tires. 70% tread left.
478 rwhp and 445 rwtq

i have not had any problems with my 04 yj since i bought it. but the problem might lay at the hp and tq makeing the body twist just enough to cause the ecm to throw a code. or just knock it out. i have 400 and 390 on mine and we are good.

to yellowjackets point - if you buy it you may want to install a stronger cross brace and a couple of engine stiffy's with all that hp trq. will assist with reducing wheel hop as well
