YES IT WILL PLUS IF YOUR IAT IS THAT HIGH YOU COULD RUN INTO DETONATION. YOUR IATs SHOULD NEVER GET ABOVE 120-125 MAX. TRUST MY FRIENDS CAR WAS SEEIGN IATs LIKE THAT AND HE ENDED UP WITH DETONATION SO WATCH IT.

he ended up relocating his iat sensor like everyone stated and got it retuned on dyno. But before that he ended up with alot of crank case pressure due from the heat and needed new rings luckily pistons were a ok.

You DO know that relocating the IAT sensor doesn't decrease the intake temps - it would actually pull LESS timing and do MORE damage to the motor...
