DONT GET SHORTIES..... Get (Long Tubes).... If you got the doe snab up some Kooks, But IMO for the money you cant go wrong with Pacesetters, Thats what I got and I love em.... If an extra 600 bucks is worth 5hp get Kooks, but if you wanna keep your wallet fat while gaining an extra 30RWHP go Pacesetters.....

Pass smog and buy some long tubes

You really aren't going to gain much at all with shorties blowing through stock cats.

That would negate most of the purpose of switching midpipes.

No it wont.... Stock Mids wont work with Longtubes.... Thats why he wants shorties, but if you put Longtubes on with catlessmids, cut em, slap in the stock cats, Then he can use longtubes which are a 100x better.....

if your not really going to make alot of HP go JBA, longtubes are nice if you are going to try to make some really good HP.i'm going to install my JBA'S after i get a base dyno pull so we will see what gains i get with them, hopefully i can get it done this week sometime, my goal is 400HP all bolt on's no breaking the motor open just true exterior bolt on's,JBA,CAI,UDP,NOS the rest will be stock.
