Factory CD Player

I have an 04 Barbados Blue GTO in tha sig,she is all stock,my CD Player is popping "Mechanical Failure" codes,and when i press the eject i get "All Ejecting" and nothing comes out.Anyone had theirs **** the bed also?

funny how that happens...mine crapped out just yesterday...
same thing,maybe it is just time to replace the thing anyhow...

I haven't heard of this before. I do get the sudden increase in volume from time to time.

man that happend to my gto about a year ago so i just replaced it with a news cd/dvd player. Its prolly just time to uprgade it.
