We should have one available soon - we have someone bringing in their car towards the end of next week and should be able to take some pics then

Would love to see one on a Goat to get a better feel for it. Was it modeled on the '04 hood, or does it have the clearance built in for the '05-06 computer mounted on the drivers fender?

The 04 hood will fit an 05-06 car without clearance issues anyway so it shouldn't matter.

Thanks guys!

We are hoping to have pictures soon - but it will probably be sometime next week at the earliest on a car.

We are making the adjustments on the hood for the computer on the 05-06 models...so our hood will accomidate all models.

Thanks!
Jeanie

does this hood have enough clearance in the front where the scoops would be normally on a 05/06? i have a tvs and it barely clears now.

check out team scss for their gto motor mounts. they have specific ones for maggie cars to lower the motor a bit.

Not all the aftermarket hoods built off of the '04 fit without clearance issues though. There have been several people with issues between the hood and '05-06 PCM. The later hoods got a notch in them to clear the computer. And I am not positive that an '04 hood will bolt directly onto a later car without dropping the computer down a little.

The only reason I made my comment is because I am running an 04 hood on my 05 GTO until I get this hood in and I have no issues. I can however see how a hood built off the 04 might have issues, depending on how the hood was built.

If you dont mind spending some extra money have them combine the wide version that is 4.5" tall with their 3" tall cowl. Wish they would just make a 3" wide hood and not make it a custom build hood. 3" tall wide cowl looks sexy.
