Unhappy HELP, my goat is feeling sick :(

whenever i try to accelerate, as in flooring it, (this also happens alot whenever i go to 6th) my car doesnt move much or even spin the wheels and theres a lot of backfiring coming from the mufflers :'(
heres what i tried already:
checked spark plugs - they were good
unplugged the MAF sensor - its working
unplugged the O2 sensors - no solution
poured some injector cleaner - no solution
Went to autozone and checked my CEL - showed me the P0430 code (Catalyst efficiency low bank 1-2) note that i have ran my GTO without cats for the past 7-8 months and had not given me the CEL or any problems until 3 days ago
I was thinking of the fuel quality, my next step will be to fill up the tank from a different gas station, what do you guys think? Or what if i use an octane booster?
Anyone has any idea what should i check next, or has had the same problem?
ANY suggestions will be VERY VERY VERY appreciated!

Did you check all of your wires?
