Put one of your stock pushrods in and put a rocker on it. Rotate your crank to different positions and try to spin the pushrod at different places. If it's really hard or you can't spin it, use the 7.4's. THis isn't the best way to tell, but it works in a pinch.

ususally if a head is milled you put a shorter push rod in in. you will need prolly a 7.375 to 7.35 pushrod. like what was mentioned before rent a pushrod checker and get the correct length.

ok well can i just put the measurer to stock length (7.4) and put it in and crank over the motor and if the rocker bottoms out on the spring and prolly too big?? idk if that would do it or not..

i would assume that the push rod will be shorter sense the cam is bigger..
