Radiator ?

Just replaced mine. So you have to take off the plastic cover on top. Take off the front bumper ( i didn't have too because i was replacing mine. So i took a big crow bar to break off the clips attached to the radiator, and the a/c condenser). Unhook the fan shroud electrical. Then you take off the 2 metal retainer clips that hold the radiator in off the top of the guide rails. Unhook all the lines and plug them so you don't get trash in the tranny cooling lines (if you have an auto) if you have a manual you don't have tranny cooling lines. Unhook the bottom hose and watch out anti-freeze will go everywhere. Open the radiator cap so it vents and drains quicker. unhook the remaining lines and you can pull it out. I think theirs a write up on LS1GTO.COM if this doesn't help

Its an easy task. Mine took a dump on me comming out of the car wash. Had to order one from Georgia and no one around here had one so...(ever notice how hard it is to find parts for the cars) Had to overnight it and had her running again in 2 days. Took about 30 minutes to take out and 20 to put in...
