Default Strut rubbing problem

The front tires rub the struts in the front..stock wheels and tires..There are drag bags in the back.. Could that make the nose dip enough to cause the problem?

Depending on mileage of your Goat the issue may have to due with the front struts being worn-out or defective. It causes the strut to bow inwards towards the center of the car.
But generally, as said above, Strut Mounts (aftermarket Poly) and Radius Rods Bushings will fix the issue.
Hope this helps
