got a 04 gto, the silver is coming off on the steering wheel. im assuming from the sun. was wondering how to replace these covers without pulling the wheel off.

You can buy just those parts if you want to replace it. Any dealer or online dealer (preferred method) should have those available.

I have that same thing happening... I went to my local GM dealership and got a "ehh i dono ur screwed"

i got mine at the dealer, Now the question is, how do you take them off?

you have toe remove the air bag. I don't remember but I thin kyou may need to reove the wheel.

There are 4 small holes in theback of the wheel stick your GTO sword aka the ignition key. int he holes one at a time and turn it slightly the bag will pop forward repeat that for all 4 snaps. People say you can do this by removing the airbag fuse personally I just dissconnec trhe battery 1st.

I wouldn't buy new ones just take the old ones off and sand them up and paint them silver cheaper and will probably last longer.

I did mine, I removed the wheel. Its not a press on so you dont need a puller.
