yeah clean title and all. came with a full fosgate system navigation dvd tvs in headrests mint interior less than 100k miles. i couldnt get the money fast enough. it was a pure luck find. he had it in his mind to just get rid of the car. guy had like 4 back surgerys and couldnt even drive it anymore. said he didnt want a car he couldnt drive. he may as well have just gave it away lol.

Wow that is cheap, not so cheap here as all our GTO's have build numbers.

We have holden monaros plenty of them but then we also have HSV (holden special vehicle) and HSV make the GTO's we dont make them anymore but they only made about 1000 HSV GTO's so they are rare and all of them have a build number.
You get a build number under the hood, in the centre console and you also get your build number sheets with the car which can be checked against HSV database to be sure you have the real deal not a replica.

In comparison to the monaro you get better brakes, suspension, leather, short shifter, more power etc and if you go one step further than the GTO to the GTS coupe you get the C4B motor which is mafless and puts out 300kw.
When i had the 5.7L engine with just a few basic mods i was making 260rwkw which was good enough for a 12.7 1/4mile.

This is the main car sales website we have here and you can see the pics and prices.

http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/...0%204294965570

I picked mine up about 1.5yrs ago now for 33k with 84k on the clock 5.7L, but yeah now upgraded to the 7.4L lsx...

I have over 400 to the wheels and I've twisted two sets of halfshafts because I can get my car to hook...they've been stock shafts...I have 110K on it. If he was "eating halfshafts" his car most likely had a wheelhop issue.

Almost any performance part for this car can be american sourced, some of the parts are expensive....it comes with owning the car. G8's suffer the same fate.
No wheel hop issues. I am just stating what people I know go through. Not claiming to be an expert on GTO's.

He must've had some kind of a wheelhop issue to put airbags in it. My car makes about the same power and I'm not tearing halfshafts out all the time. lol.
