It's not as easy as u think to get an '04 bolt on gto stock stall car to go 12s. I had a buddy that was all about gettin a 12.99 pass and took all the seats out and headlight lense (for ram air) and all the other basic weight reduction mods. His best ever time was 13.08 @ 107.92 w/ a 2.0 60'. Also he was running the same headers as redfox and had cai also with ported tb and ported descreened maf. Not saying she WON'T get it but just saying your hands are full.

Test n tune, leave first yellow or five seconds after green=same et/mph etc.
All cars are different.. some like to be flashed off idle, some like to have slack taken out 1000rpms, some like to leave at point tires are about to turn over.
Get an extra set of rims and slicks.. pointless to get radial for a six speed imo.
350 invested, will last a season or two and pet you dead hook.

im going to pick up -gz-s tires and wheels tomorrow so i guess ill have a couple stock gto wheels for sale w good rubber and a couple stock gto wheels to put some mt et streets on. my only question is ...how bad will the car walk around at the big end w radials on the fronts and bp s on the back. is it a definite no-no or is it just a little scary. on my 68 camaro im running bias ply skinnies on the front w mt drag rads on back and at a 120mph at the big end it is pretty stable. is it worse with the radials on front and bias on back ?
