I've been researching this. The only part #'s up so far include the ****, boot, and upper stick. They are:
92146323 (red)
92146325 (? probably black)
92146326 (yellow)
92147054 (blue)
Becuase of all that's included, they run $137 on GMpartdirect before shipping. The only way this part MAY work is if you have a 2-piece shifter, factory or otherwise, because you need to use the upper stick that comes with the ****. It's a press on vs. the F-car screw-type.
The emblem you want is 92155839. $37 before shipping!
