Don't install the 50 watt kit.
If people are flashing you at any time then your lights are aimed too night.

The only time people flash me is when I am going up a hill but other than that no issues.

I bought a kit and it was a terrible kit. I had to re install it at least 3 times. The harness they gave me was terrible I had to re wire everything to the car's harness. After that it seems to be working fine just not as well as I was hoping.

Have you guys considered buying real projectors? The stock projectors are meant to work with halogen bulbs so they have a different cutoff. Real HID projectors have the proper cutoff. Just my .02.

at this close the hids were a bit brighter but backed up 10 feet the halogen was

the 50 watt kit is much better.

The cutoff may appear fine, but that's because it is meant to work with a halogen. With the halogen projector you are limiting the potential of the HID. I'm saying that with a true HID projector the light will spread out a lot further and you wont be blinding people. PM me if you want some help. My buddy does retrofits. I'm talking true retrofits with projectors and everything.

He retrofits good projectors into your stock housings. Basically, you have a legit HID setup with DOT equipment in your stock housings. I can pm you a link to the work he has done. He usually deals with imports like rx7's and 240's and the like, but he said doing a GTO would be the same idea. He's trying to get a setup for my T/A right now. PM for details I don't want to say much since he is not a sponsor on here. He is a vendor on rx7club though. Look up turboed13b over on their site.
