Theres a sticky with a list of things you should consider somewhere around here. But heres what it is:
1. cam
2. rockers with studs
3. valvesprings
4. pushrods
5. timing chain and sprockets
6. Gaskets and fluids and tools, if your doing this yourself

I think that covers it for the valvetrain. As its been said before, you might not need all this since your car has low miles, but if budget allows, i say go for it.

Is your car auto or 6speed?

No need for a stall with the small hot cam. Install (depending where you take it) usually runs around 8 hours.. so at $70 an hour you do the math. Still under your $2000 budget

im just asking cus some cams require a higher stall, especially bigger cams. Its a hole another story, but you might wanna check out what torque convertors people are using with what cams.
With the hotcam though, you might be good to go on that.

For the valvetrain, you can probably ask your mechanic (if you trust him), what parts can be reused. Hell have a better idea after he takes them out and inspects them. All we can do is assume things are good or bad.

EDIT: nevermind on the stall

My cousin knows a guy who might be able to do it, but he wont even try unless he knows forsure he can do it without any mistakes. (which is good to me cause it can save me some cash lol) Also, I heard about possibly needing a higher stall cause it being an auto tranny as well.

I'm also going to be getting TSW Trackstar4s, I'm excited about that too. Hopefully when the weather starts to get better I'll have the money again to get the cam put in. Shall I post a before and after vid when I get it completed? this way you guys can see how much your knowledge pays off <3 haha

rob you will NOT need a stall, and as far as reusing stuff.. the gaskets are all reusable unless they come apart on you. The only must I would do since it costs jack **** is replacing the valve stem seals after removing the stock valve springs. Make sure you know and can trust the guy thats replacing your cam. Dont hire some jack *** who doesnt know what hes doing just to save a buck. You get what you pay for, remember that.
