Finally got back at it with the car, we ended up getting the new fuel pump in.
Pretty easy install really, first we just unbolted it from inside the trunk, removing the braces and such, then unbolted it from underneath the car, and simply pulled the tank back, so we could do the swap.

Pulling the old one out

New one in

We also buttoned up some minor other details, and now all we really have left to do is weld the BOV on and get video of the first start up!

I'll have to get a picture of it for you, but it's close to the driver side head, just behind the blower.

Untuned, and missing the bov at the moment(being welded on), so needless to say its a little rough.

Got the new pump in today. Wired the BAP in. Drove the car home. http://i375.photobucket.com/albums/oo196/H...08/32ccdf04.mp4

All thanks are owed to Uncle Frank. None of this would have been possible without him. He gave up his lift for 6+ months(not once complained), was patient with me as I tried learning as much as I could, and was always available to give advice and point me in the right direction. Thanks again for everything playa.

Also thanks to CBI, Andy @ Redline, Steck, and anyone else who helped. It's all greatly appreciated.

From the picutre, you should know the stock harmonic balancer will NOT hold up to the Procharger. Some folks have made do with a P1, but most that try at a D1 or above have problems. I tried, it failed twice out on the road with a tow truck ride. Both times I was lucky because I heard the accessory belt come off, then you have no water pump. The Procharger belt will be fine but not the accessory belt. I assure there were zero belt alignment issues when this happened either time. So I spent the money for the Fluidampr and no hint of issues for years now. Do it and pin the crank while you are there. Good luck getting it tuned and running strong.

Decided to get a small walk around video last night, nothing to special. http://i375.photobucket.com/albums/o...8/599e0316.mp4

Have a few kinks to work out yet, and need to order a Meth kit before I let her eat. But she is close.

It's actually the BOV, I need to adjust the spring inside it.
