My GTO is already rusting out!!! Hi guys,
I have had my GTO for almost a week now and so far I have no complaints. Excellent car with awesome fit and finish. I noticed today that around the driver's door hinge the paint is cracked and a little bit of rust is forming. You can't barely see it, but I'm really worried 'cause I live in the Rust Belt (Cleveland, OH) and I'm pretty sure it will rust out in no time. I'm going to the dealership tomorrow. Hopefully they won't mess with the door alignment ...

The dealer should fix it isn't there a 3yr or something rust warranty?
BTW, small world, I grew up in Parma, graduated from Valley Forge. Lived on Munich Dr. near Pleasant Valley & York, also lived on Longwood Drive off 54th.

it's usually 2 years 12,000 mile finish protection. Got one of my old cars repainted b/c of some seagull crap first month i had it. Went out of town and it baked into the clear while i was gone. Was pretty pissed when i got it fixed though, car had 50 extra miles on it.
