Whistling noise...

Whistling noise... Had both pulley's and belts replace and now at idle there is a whistling noise. We thought maybe it was a bad pulley so had that replaced. Car sat and ran for about 2 hours and no noise. Run up to the store and there was the whistling. Any ideas???
