Hey guys, just a quick question. I recently had American Racing Headers 1 3/4" x 3" & Mid Pipes-No Cats installed. Before having this installed I only had Borla cat back, JBA O/R mid pipe, Intake, and it was tuned. After getting this installed do I have to get my car re-tuned? I have a couple of friends that are very good with cars, do all their own work etc and they said no. But I definitely wanted your guys opinions. Thanks in advance!

I would get it retuned to optimize the new headers

I was just recently in the same boat, it drove fine with out a retune but once I got it tuned it's like night and day difference, gained almost 20whp going from shorties to long tubes

You don't HAVE to have it re-tuned but you SHOULD have it re-tuned to maximize your gains to make sure the car is running as efficiently as possible.

Nice choice, much better one than kooks. Like others have said, a tune would optimize their potential for sure.

Thanks for all of the responses guys. Much Appreciated. And thank you 2QWK4RU. I Kind of went out on a limb with em because no one I know has them. But I am glad I did because I absolutely love them. Now if I can just get it out of storage that would be great lol. This Michigan weather is killin me.
