GMMG is not involved AFAIK. Prescribed Power (PP) is owned by the original technician from GMMG's inception. I can say that you can pretty much order this car with whatever you'd like. This was an example of the possibilities.
PP built my 383 and I can't say enough about how impressive their work is.

It has nothing to do with the number of cylinders that a Buick has. Portholes as they're called have been a Buick design cue since the 50's. Much like a rear facing "shaker" hood on a Pontiac is it's heritage.
