"Drag launch" feature on automatic GTO's???!!

Not sure what you're talking about, but if you leave the traction control enabled, and brake torque it up to ~1500 RPM a two-step limiter kicks in 
Of course launching with traction control on won't accomplish much..
I just got a fancy GTO booklet from GM last night in the mail, and they talk about how the GTO loads the suspension when you put it in drive, which is true -- the *** end of the car drops the second it goes in gear. Transfers weight like a ****, just squats and goes.
