Default Steering Wheel Vibration

I've been having some sterring wheel vibration. I took it to the dealer and they told me they've been investigating this and are exprimenting with adding good tires on the car. They told me that the tires put on GTO are bottom grade BF Goodrich G-Forces, the same they use on the Neon SRT-4. Anyone else have this problem, and what rectified it if so?

I get a **VERY** slight shimmy when the tires are dead cold, but it clears up after about a mile or so of driving.. Nothing major though, barely noticable..

tires could have flats spotted then when you drive for a while they might clear up
