Not sure if this has been posted but it's news to me and was posted on LS7power.com by another member.

Certain states are starting to use the GTO as speed chasers...1 state already
looks to be Virginia. See post here:

Well if you have GTO info, LS1GTO is definately the place for it lol

I bet outrunning them would be fun...I wouldn't mind getting pulled over by a GTO in all honesty.
