Default CAGS skip shift install question

Need a little direction, where under the hood would I find the white connector "A" plug by the transmission? Do I need to go under the car for this or is it accessable from the top?

Sorry for being a dunce, but I do not want to be pulling apart things i shouldn't be.

your transmission isn't under your hood...

you'll need to be under the car to connect it.

Thanks- I had a mechanic do it for no charge except a round of beers. Since I did not have a lift, it was worth the little expense.
