Default POLL: subframe connectors or HID

what do you guys think, Subframe connectors or HID kit? I know they're two completely different things but they're about the same price range and I really want both of them, I do a fair share of night driving, but then again I do quite a bit of agressive driving too. Vote on the top of the page, thanks for the input guys

I voted Subframes... i have both and the HIDs are worth it, but from your previous posts, you sound like you got a plan for speed here and the Subframes will help with that more then the HIDs. you can always go with silverstars or H9s in the H11 spot to add light till you get the $$ for the HIDs....

I waited way too long to install Subframe connectors! The car feel so much more rigid now! I love it... It doesnt wobble front to back nearly as much going over big bumps either. HIDs would be a nice upgrade but unless it helps me go faster/safer I don't care about it!

Thumbs up

SUBFRAMES........alot [some] people say they don't do much...some say you won't notice a difference...after I put mine on after I bought the car new, I took the local R/R crossing at a faster speed than before and not just me, but friends said CONTROL was better...GET 'EM.

So.... Subframe connectors or Subframe connectors? Ooh wait, thats the same thing.

I wish someone other than BMR made them so the price would come down.

I dunno... 300-350 is pretty reasonable considering the small demand for these and the size/strength! Plus the harware...

True. I'd almost make my own but by the time I got it down to being as good as the BMR part, it would cost nearly as much and would have taken days if not longer. Though you know me, always looking to make something myself.... (like the custom laser cut aluminum nitrous switch plates and billet hub rings which both turned out to sell nicely)

Sub-frame connectors, I think the lights on the GTO are pretty damn good and almost all of my driving is done at night in areas with alot of deer.

No comparison, the sfc's will help to keep your car together. You will also notice it will handle better. Bob

I hope you're kidding

I would really hope that an "Enthusiest" that would buy a car like a GTO wouldn't resort to "Rice" "HID Look" bulbs
those things are "Tinted" blue,
they actually restrict the light coming out of them
that's why they have to make them higher wattage, just so you can see the ******* road

I would go with Subframe connectors first,
but if you're going for the HID's, get the real thing
