Default Will a short throw shifter void a warranty???

I'm looking at getting a shifter for my car and was wondering if it will void the warranty ? Also what is the best shifter on the market?? I 've heard some bad things about the B&M shifters. I don't care about the price I just want a shifter that I can put on and never mess with again. Any comments would be great !!!!!!! Here is a pic of my car.

Get a GMM...and unless you to go a totally unreasonable dealer, it won't void your warranty...I've had tons of warranty work done after my shifter went in (including tranny work).

It voided mine... I have the GMM now, but when I had the B&M my stealership voided my tranny warranty cause of it. I didn't care much though cause if I was worried about the warranty, I wouldn't have started to mod so soon!
