Yeah, I agree. I think it looks badass personally, and I will buy it, but the alignment looks off...Im guessing that they just set it there and its probably not mounted (I didnt see any brackets in the picture where its sittin on the ground).

Looks good. But, IMO, only to be used on cars that need the hood clearance. Like something that has a carb intake with an elbow for forced induction.

hope that is just a prototype in the photo, because it doesn't fit well. I like the shaker hood better.

I hate it, just my opinion, I like the woodward hood much better. The cowl doesnt follow the lines very well.

I don't like it, they should have made it follow the lines on the hood IMO.

i would like to see it painted. i definatley want the spoiler and i wouldnt mind the tiger stripe. imo the tigerstripe is a little too expensive though thats why i dont have it already. i think i would pay a max of $200 but maybe im just cheap lol.

not really a big fan of any hood other than stock...if its going on a drag car that needs the clearance its one thing, but for a street car its a little ridiculous

THAT is the hood I'm looking for.....Only problem is they don't have such a good reputation for actually delivering product. Anyone here heard of Arrowhead Performance?

Why do some of you guys like that hood?? It looks like it came off an old Nova drag car, and doesn't fit the GTO at all. The GTO is too nice of a car to have some backwoods, full-drag cowl hood like that on it.

Not saying that any type of cowl hood is bad, but the character of that hood (lines, shape, etc.) doesn't fit the look of the GTO at ALL - Sorry.

I personally like the hood because the last 2 months that I've owned my GTO, I have been looking at different hoods to maybe put on mine, and besides the stock 05-06 hood, I cant find ANYTHING (besides MAYBE the AED ramair hood) that I like. I've always thought that a simple cowl hood thats not too "busy" looking would look perfect. And in my opinion, this cowl hood looks nice...maybe they could have left out the divider ridge through the middle, and made it a little wider and more round, but until I see somethin better, I will consider this one.

A more rounded hood bulge would be better. Ask the company to work on something like that.

Here's my favorite aftermarket hood... made by Autoform. Took these pics at one of our get togethers.
