This car lighter than a F-body? My guess is that it is...If so, look out! WJ. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

The car is heavier than the F-body. Its physically bigger. From the photos alone, it looks more like a compact car, but its almost a mid-size in reality. I'll estimate mid-high 13s stock.
I think I need one with a 455ci Stroker, just because its a GTO.

One thing I noticed and liked, is that the motor is out from underneath the cowl, so Magnacharger will fit with the addition of a different hood.

All I can say is I looked at the photos 3 times and all I see is Uncle Bens Rice.
A cross from a car my uncle might drive...and plain rice. It'll grow on me because its a pontiac and has an LS1...but...I'd bet the car that reaches the dealer has different make up than what we see here in ther pictures. It will create last minute release hupla and discussion. My guess is different wheels, perhaps some style added/option for the hood and some exhaust changes.

Last summer the Toronto F-body club had a tour of the St Catherines plant were the LS1 & LS6 are built. Our guide told us the LS1 for the new GTO would be shipped to a seperate shop for hop-up modifications before it was installed in the car?
