380 HP? this question is to all of you mod masters out there...what is the healthiest way to get a ls1 to be close to 380 hp. Healthy means without affecting the cars reliablity or drivability. like a k&n filter will improve hp while helping the car, and a supercharger might make the car wear out faster...thanks
