Alright I'm stuck between two cars... either a L2 GTO or a LS1 F-Body... really not sure which I want been fighting between the two... so bring the question on to you guys what would you sugjest and why??? Please nothing stupid like "f-body BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD!"

ls2 goat is can pull a stock ls1 fbod but not hard by any means, handling i give it to the gto ( irs) even though it makes it a pain in the *** to launch with. exterior design ( personal preference obviously) i like the gto's a little better could have been less grandam like in the front but both look great. interior design without a doubt the gto's is better its so much nicer and way more comfortable. The only thing i would say is the fbod has a leg up on is the aftermarket but obviously there is always nitrous magnacharger, sts, procharger etc etc. Usually with the goats you can only fit 275's in the rear without modification fbod's im not sure but i imagine you would have zero problem fitting 315's under there. Overall gto is just a better car imo plus it has an ls2 400 stock horsepower how can you beat that? they are starting to sell rather cheap brand new i got mine in september for 31k now they are selling brand new for anywhere between 26k-29k I should have waited!!!

if youre looking for a DD id go with a GTO.


if you want something to make killer power id get an fbody. not that theyre bad DDs its just that GTOs are more refined and comfortable.



you can build up an ls2 GTO but itll be a little more expensive. either choice isnt wrong. it just depends what youre looking for.

i have an 05 GTO and my brother has an 02 WS6 and he loves riding in my car more than his because of the fact that mine has a lot more room and the seats dont fell like a rock like in his. But i like his because of the look of the car and whn you are riding in it you know you are ridein in a sports car. So taht is a tough one for me to help you with but you are good to go either way

Other than the power gains, your not gonna feel like you upgraded if you get another f-bod.
