Omg that looks hot. I want I want. Would this be to difficult to hook up by yourself? Roughly what price on a 98 Camaro Z? Plus what supporting mods would be needed? Oh and power gains would be...?

Turbo FTW! No compairing it...
More power, less strain on the motor, the turbo setup can grow with you as fast as you wanna go, just all around better.
Only thing is the cost.

I know this is but what is meant when people say they have to pin the crank? Is this needed for both turbo and s/c?

build a N/A car and spray it. the cost is insane to get these cars to take the hp.

start adding up the cost of drive shafts and center sections.

As long as you are dedicated and don't mind spending 15 plus on mods go all out..

I swear i am at around 10k in mods right now and i have not touched the drive train yet.

it adds up fast. but i do love my car.

I would go with a maggie. just because you can run lt's and it will sound sweet. The turbo spool sound is sweet sure. but the sound of a headerd car is by far more bad ***.then put some boost on that.Look out.

just my .02

drilling and reaming the crank and pulley for a dowel pin (hencing pinning)

depends on the turbos you use. also you're not making full boost at low rpm with a s/c.

That's pretty funny. My blower makes full boost as soon as I mash the pedal.

Wow that APS is awesome, I havent seen any figures for it, but I know I was a little disappointed in maggies performance, expected bigger numbers from that type of root. Many have succesfully used Prochargers and Vortech, a turbo cant come close to the low end at 1200 refs, unless you have a sequential quad setup (TT)

Here you go, stock engine power/torque and twin turbo power/torque at approximately 7.5 PSI.
