so 04 pacesetter headers dont have mid pipes??

No midpipes, and they will not bolt to stock midpipes.
You'll have to have custom midpipes made, or switch to the 05/06 setup.
There is a guy on LS1GTO.com that was going to make midpipes for 04...his name is "Black Devil" on there.
