How is insurance on the GTO's?
Is it substantially more than something like a Honda Fit? =D
I just got a Honda Fit about a year ago, and the damned thing went up in value. Ive also realized that there is an abundance of LS1 GTO's around my area that are pretty reasonably priced, so all of the sudden buying one became quite feasible.

I'm 22 and paying $177 a month with All State and my driving record is a little colorful, we'll say. A guy at work is paying $150-$160 on his Scion tC and he's got a clean driving record. I'd pay the difference any day of the week to be driving the Goat than a Scion!

377 a month...whew you must have some serious record or have the gold package with 0$ deductible and a bad record. =) I have an 06 GTO and mine is 171/month with 500$ deductible and rental if i have an accident I obtain a rental car for the duration its fixed. Hope it never happens though

I traded my t/a in on a 05 gto and i got what i consider a great deal on insurance. I was 19 like yourself and i paid 190 a month for insurance which is 35 a month cheaper than what i paid on the t/a. Even though i have since left the company (different vehicle now), e-surance had great rates on the goat. check them out. it can't be any worse the no lube butt raping you are receiving now at 377 a month.

Knowbody is stating what there policy covers. If your paying $300 for a six month policy but only have the minimum insurance coverage, that sucks.
Im paying $656 for a six month policy on my 06 gto.
my policy is for $300,000 liability and uninsured motorist. I have a $500 deductable Have roadside assistance, rental reimbursment and mechanical breakdown insurance( basically a extended warrenty through gieco)
by the way im 37, married and no points(that geico knows about)
