Sweet. Enjoy it. Maybe one day it can look as sweet as my 2004 M-6.

I added SAP rocker moldings recently. But not in the pics.

^^ Thats what I thought. $3000 later im still buying stuff I dont need for it. Next spring comes the 150 wet nitrous kit, Kaaz, billet shifter, line lock, and possibly a clutch. Nice choice in ride and color. Vader Goats rule.

Yes is is me. LOL. My avatar pic used to be my plte that said BLKDVL. But these dudes here on LS1TECH messed it up. Oh well.

BTW, that mod bug, it can bite hard. I have over $6k into my suspension alone. Add the cam I just put in with the unerdrive pully and electric water pump, and that trip alone was over $2k. Got Kooks long tubes and Corsa exhaust. There's another $2,200. Wheels and tires, another $1,800. I won't even get into how much SAP parts are now. I got lucky and bought alot of it when the prices were normal. But I wanted them as soon as I saw the package on the first 05' at an international auto show.

Bought my 04 back in june 2007, put on a CAI, and then 4 months later....

....approaching $15 grand and counting.

Whatever you do, make sure you know what you want before you go ahead with it. Too many people go for the dyno queen before they realize it just isn't quite right. (I almost did but I have a friend who can be quite persuasive).

I've driven, or watched, high strung n/a, procharged, or STS cars that made huge numbers and couldn't lay down power for **** whether it be traction or power delivery like a cliff face. The one's that could lay it down hard were just too harsh off the track. That's the problem with Goats: Make em powerful and they can't put it down unless you lay out a ton of money on the driveline, rear end, rear wheelwells. Besides, they're just too nice to go cutting them up and too fat to even try.

Even though this wasn't my DD, I got a Maggie cause they make power off idle that is just crazy. Yeah, I will never have ET's and traps like some others (f bodies namely), but it will be a blast for the street. Oh, don't worry. Magnuson's worked out the kinks and a good tune and some easy cooling mods and you got a deep 12 second car that pulls like a diesel down low (slicks won't be an easy fit so 11's, much less 10's might be a fantasy). The plus is a trouble-free OEM quality experience with an on boost scream that will make even the 10 second crowd cry.

If you do ANYTHING, get a QTP Quick Cam Cover when you play with your first cam. You have been warned....

PM me with any questions.

Bought 4 new Fuzion ZR1 tires last night at a firestone store and they wouldn't mount them due to the TSB report on the 04. 3 out of 4 tires were showing steel belts on the inside edge. Took it to the pontiac dealer this morning got them on and 4 wheel alignment and what a difference!!

Awesesome purchase, I just picked up a quicksilver GTO a couple of week ago and have been loving it so far, although it has been to the dealership 2x in the last 2 weeks trying to get the front wheel rub figured out!

Car looks sweet!! Not even close to rice. More like close to perfection! Your plate looks kind of Ohio maybe....where are you located?

Congrats on the purchase to the original poster by the way. Good luck!
