Alex is one heel of a driver. But if I recall, you gutted the interior for that pass???
I am 100% super happy at the deal I got on those heads. I have to thank City Goat for that one.

In my experiences you can either dump the clutch or slip it, I can slip my car on the street and I can hook all of 390ftlbs from a dig. At the track its hard for me. I wont dump the clutch because one my 10 bolt and I'am back to daily driving my car. Its just practice, it makes perfect.
People have their own preferences, or can depend on the cars clutch or drivetrain in my experiences, let alone, lets not get into tires and suspension set ups.

I could slip my stock LS=1 clutch no problem. But when i switched to the LS-7, it had a differant grab point. I have yet to be able to get it right and slip it. So first gear goes up in smoke.
I'm the second car. First run with new untuned setup and LS-7 clutch.

Yea I had the interior out (well just the seats since they are like 8 bolts total...lol) on my 11.73 pass, but it stays in 99% of the time...racing the vette i was full interior. Im very happy with my little cam only setup as she has done me quite well, then again the car has always been a performer. Stock was 12.95 @ 108.8, then headers/tune/catback and slicks she went 12.3 @ 113 and of course 11.73 cam only. Its not much compared to a vette or F-bod but its fast for a GTO. The ported fast 90/90 setup i have on the way from tony mamo should really push her over the top. Im looking for 120+mph but i doubt i'll be able to reproduce traps like that without skinnies (i have to borrow them from another goat). I also have a set of 1.7 yella terras ready to go in so hopefully i should be able to pull past 6500 without a problem.

Nice Mike! Where I get my car worked on, Precision Motorsports (in sig) they do a lot of GTO's. I saw a Maggie on the dyno last time I was there. The torque curve shot up and flat linned. It was amazing. I can only imagine a really fun grab the "OH-****" handle ride when you've got your foot to the floor, in your case banging gears at the same time. Must be a blast !

Hey Cool Hand Luke, love the rear bumper cover as Kamauxx mentioned. By the way really liking those pictures of your car, great stance, color combo, everything. Keep up the good work.
Its werid seeing a BBM with the hood scoops, it makes you take a second look. Looks great either way.

New SAP Bumper will be installed next weekend. Once it's done I will post up full pictures of the car.

Still playing with which grils to use (The Stock ones or the SAP that are currently on the car)
