Is this normal or is it because the battery was dis-connected and the computer was reset? Will this sputtering go away or is it permanent? Has anyone else had this problem?
I just leaned my tune out a little and most of my popping on decel is gone.

My popping sound was an exhaust leak, I used red high temp silicone on every joint on my exhaust and the popping went away. Thanks for all the help guys, This is a really great site for help & info.
