I took "Edward", my LS1 miata race car to Thunderhill today to race with ARC. It was my first time out with the new splitter and wing. Here's my best lap of the day, from qualifying:

I'll post the race video later this week, since it'll take longer to process and upload. I started second behind a Radical. Two GT cars with well north of 600HP who either didn't run or sucked during qualifying ended up passing me on the 3rd lap, but one of them broke. So, I finished 3rd.

That car is sweet!

 

With me in it and a full tank of gas, the car is right at 2600 lbs.

I raced at Infineon and had an EPIC battle with an American Iron Mustang. Unfortunately, we didn't start the Chasecam correctly and I have NO VIDEO

I'll have to do it again tomorrow, I guess!
