i have a friend whos wanting to build a gbody 86 monte carlo from the ground up with an ls1 and t56 and it has the tri angle 4 link but he has a left over parallel 4 link set up from another project out of both suspensions which is better for him to get going on a autocross course or is there a forum where i can learn about this stuff?
